How might we design and evaluate user experiences to engage college-age users with Google products?
In collaboration with Google’s UXR team, I worked within an 8-person cross-functional team to develop and execute a three-stage, mixed-methods research program aimed at increasing Google mobile app engagement among college-age users. Together, we designed, refined, and evaluated conceptual design interventions derived directly from user insights and stakeholder feedback.
